If you would like help navigating the process of deciding which labs you need and ordering them, I offer a lab package that includes two separate consultations. You fill out an Intake Form in advance of our first consult; this helps me better understand your health concerns and goals. We will then have a 45-minute consultation to discuss your needs and goals, as well as lab work that you may want to consider to help further your goals.
After your consultation, you order the labs that you choose through YourLabwork.com.* Upon receipt of your lab results (sent to you via email—usually within 7-10 days of your draw), you can send them on to me. Once I receive your results, we will schedule your second 45-minute consultation. The second consultation is to help you review and understand your lab results; discuss food, lifestyle or supplement changes that you may want to consider, and to flag any potential concerns you may want to investigate further or discuss with your doctor. *I will need to receive your labwork at least 48 hours in advance of our scheduled consultation in order to have sufficient time to review them.
Our consultations will be held online via Zoom (a very easy to use video conferencing site).
