<p>1-1/2 cups water OR non-dairy milk, like almond, hemp or coconut<br />
1/2 cup berries, frozen or fresh<br />
<em>(*I favor blueberries)</em><br />
1 cup baby spinach OR baby romaine<br />
1 tablespoon flaxseed, whole flaxseed, then ground in a spice grinder<br />
1-inch piece of ginger<br />
1 handful parsley (optional)<br />
1 teaspoon of raw honey (optional)<br />
Place all ingredients in a Nutribullet or high speed blender and mix until smooth.</p>
